Our Story
Addi's for Everyone specializes in creating delicious products that are not only better for you, but perfect to share with others. The company was founded by Addi's grandfather, who wanted to make sharing great food accessible again in a world now filled with so many dietary and health restrictions
He grew up in an Italian New York household where sharing food with friends and neighbors was how you connected with others. One of the things he enjoyed doing most was introducing Addi to delicious foods and family recipes. Always eager to get her hands dirty, Addi loved baking tasty treats that she couldn't wait to share with all her friends at school.
However, one specific day when Addi brought cupcakes to school, her teacher told her she wouldn't be able to give them out because some of her classmates had food restrictions. That day Addi came home with a full tray of cupcakes and a crushed spirit to ask, "Why can't I make my friends cupcakes anymore?"
Inspired by the challenge, Addi’s for Everyone was founded with a focus on creating delicious products that can be indulged in without worry or compromise. Today, Addis for Everyone is a respected brand known for its moist and better-for-you inclusive mixes that leave you questioning "Is this really Gluten-Free?".
As we continue to grow, we remain committed to using only the highest quality gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher certified ingredients that are free from wheat, soy, nuts, and casein. Our inclusive recipes make it easy for everyone to enjoy the experience of creating delicious meals together. Addi’s was founded with the single principle that good food should bring EVERYONE together. Whether you suffer from Celiacs disease or have a family member with dietary restrictions, we believe everyone deserves the luxury of indulging in great tasting products without worry or compromise.
Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat, rye, barley and triticale. These glutinous proteins help foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected. There are a variety of reasons to opt for a gluten free diet including celiac disease, allergies and dietary preferences.
Our mixes are not produced in a nut free facility. However, we have separate production areas for allergens and non-allergens. Our products are non allergen and never touch any equipment where allergens would be produced and these two areas are on opposite ends of the building. Additionally, our non-allergen room is free from the top eight allergens.
Addi’s proprietary flour is the secret. We have searched far and wide to source the highest quality gluten-free certified, wheat-free, soy-free and casein-free ingredients that deliver the ultimate moisture, lightness and flavor for each of our products.

We developed all of our mixes to be vegan friendly with great wet ingredient substitution listed on the back of the box.
