Gluten-Free Breakfast Square Recipe Addi's Crumb Cake Mix
Looking for a delicious gluten free breakfast option that you can make ahead of time? This recipe is not only easy to make, but also perfect for busy mornings when you don't have the time to necessarily cook. The combo of our crowd favorite crumb cake mix and oatmeal makes for a protein, fiber and vitamin packed breakfast bar that will start your day off right.
Cooking Time: 38-46 minutes or until toothpick tests dry
Prep Time: 10 minutes
ALL YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 box of Addi's Crumb Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup eggs or egg alternative (approx. 3 1/2 large eggs)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mix ins optional (such as chocolate chips or raisins)
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free granola
LET'S GET BAKING!

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Beat eggs, oil & sour cream together using electric mixer.

Add entire package of crumb cake mix to wet ingredients and beat at medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth.
- Add gluten free granola and mix ins (if desired) to batter. Beat until just combined.
- Pour batter evenly into greased and floured pans. Place in the oven to bake.
- Cook 38-46 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to fully cool on a cooling rack.
- Cut into desired size and enjoy!
