Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

ALL YOU'LL NEED:

  • 3 Cups Addi's All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Salted Butter, Softened
  • 1 Cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Cup Chocolate Chips or Chunks


LET'S START BAKING!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Line baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. set aside.

  4. In separate bowl, mix butter and sugars until combined and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. 

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and mix well. 

  6. Roll cookies into balls of your preferred size and place them evenly spaced on the cookie sheet. 

  7. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out just when they are starting to turn brown. Be careful not to over bake. 

  8. Let them sit 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
